Earth Care sells several products for pet odor/urine removal, some go on the actual spot and others just hang in the room to absorb the odor. Either use enzymatic products or make your own cleaning solution by mixing 10% biological (enzymatic) washing powder/liquid with warm water. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and let it dry naturally or speed things up using a hair dryer. Using a plant mister, lightly spray with surgical spirit from the chemist and work this into the fibres using a nail brush. (The surgical spirit will dislodge any of the fat deposits that the washing solution may have missed.) Allow to dry naturally.
