Hi there…consider Nature's Miracle Just For Cats found worldwide at most pet stores. It's an enzymatic neutralizer which works by breaking down urine proteins by thoroughly soaking the areas affected and allowing to air dry. Repeated applications are necessary for heavily soiled areas. If the sub-flooring is soaked it may need to be taken up and replaced.

Many pet odor sprays are sold at stores and pet stores. Make sure the spray has live enzymes and the odor will go away.

Vinegar is also a cheap, easy, and effective way to get rid of the smell. However, the vinegar doesn't smell to great itself.

I really like Nature's Miracle. Spray the area and let it sit for a while, then wipe it. Depending on the spray, there are usually directions on the bottle.

Petco sells two different products with live enzymes that work really well. The first is called simple solution, and the second (the one I prefer) is called Nature's Miracle. You let it soak into the floor (it does not have an odor of its own) and then blot it up. This product works on any urine smells, stains, etc, and the best part is, it breaks down the urine so the cat has no desire to "mark" there again. Good Luck!

Miracle Pet STain Remover is the best. U can buy at Petsmart. I'm am cat breeder and that's the only thing I've ever gotten to really work.
